A crust you can hear

The coating is the heart of this burger. It turns golden in the fryer and shatters when you bite into it – underneath is the fillet, kept juicy by its crust. What goes with it

Lettuce and gherkins bring freshness and acidity, while the creamy burger sauce adds flavour. The brioche bun is soft enough not to squash the crust.

Fried. The chicken fillet is coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and fried, so the crust turns crisp and the meat stays juicy inside.

Can I have the crispy chicken without the bun?

Yes. As a main, there’s crispy chicken on pasta with a yoghurt dip and coleslaw, and crispy chicken strips in the finger food section.

What sides go with it?
