Not every occasion calls for a buffet with chafing dishes. For a training session, a workshop or a standing reception, boxes and platters are often the better choice: they’re ready in no time, everyone helps themselves when it suits them, and there’s no buffet to clear away at the end.
The business lunch box is individually packed and comes with a main of your choice – shawarma or falafel, for example – plus hummus, salad and flatbread. Just add a few vegetarian boxes so there’s something for everyone. It’s ideal when the guest list is already fixed and nobody should have to wait at a buffet.
For receptions, gallery openings, club evenings or drinks parties, we put together platters: falafel with a dip, sambousek and kibbeh, filled wraps, plus hummus and muhammara for dipping. Everything can be eaten by hand, with a glass in the other.
If you’d like more to share, add the mezze buffet to the platters: baba ganoush, moutabal, tabbouleh and fattoush with warm flatbread – all vegetarian.
There’s no minimum order. Tell us how many people are coming, how long the event lasts and whether the food replaces a meal or just goes alongside. We deliver within around 70 km of Mannheim; the delivery fee depends on the distance and is shown in the quote. You’ll also find boxes for the office under corporate catering, and finger food for your stand under trade fair catering.
