At a trade fair, every minute on the stand counts. The team barely gets a chance to eat, visitors tend to stay a little longer if there’s something to nibble, and in the evening there may well be a client reception too. We cook for all three.
For visitors to your stand
Finger food you can eat with one hand while you talk: falafel with a dip, sambousek and kibbeh, small filled wraps, plus hummus and muhammara for dipping. Arabic food stands out next to the coffee machine and the biscuit bowl – and it gets conversations going that don’t start with a product sheet.
For your stand staff
Anyone standing on a stand all day needs a proper meal. The business lunch box is individually packed, with shawarma or falafel as the main, plus hummus, salad and flatbread. It can be eaten behind the stand whenever there’s a quiet moment.
For the evening reception
For a stand party or client evening, a mezze buffet works beautifully: hummus, moutabal, baba ganoush, tabbouleh and fattoush with warm flatbread – vegetarian and made for sharing.
Exhibition venues in our delivery area
The Maimarkt grounds in Mannheim are practically on our doorstep. Messe Karlsruhe in Rheinstetten, the darmstadtium in Darmstadt and Messe Frankfurt are also within our delivery area of around 70 km, with Frankfurt right at its outer edge.
What we sort out before the fair
Every trade fair has its own rules, and every hall is different. So in the quote we clarify:
- When, and through which gate, can suppliers enter the grounds – and is a vehicle access permit needed?
- On which days and at what time should we deliver – once only, or on every day of the fair?
- Is there power, refrigeration or a kitchenette on the stand, and do you need crockery?
- Which company should the invoice go to, and what details does your accounts team need?
The sooner we know your trade fair dates, the easier it is to plan. You’ll get your quote within 24 hours. For office orders outside the trade fair, everything you need is under corporate catering.

Are you allowed to deliver onto the exhibition grounds?
Every trade fair sets its own rules, often with fixed delivery slots and vehicle access permits. Send us the organiser’s documents and we’ll clarify in the quote when and how we deliver.
Can you deliver on several days of the fair?
Let us know which days and what times you need food. Your quote will confirm whether we can cover every slot.
Do you have meat-free finger food for visitors?
Yes – falafel with a dip, hummus and muhammara, for example. The mezze buffet is entirely vegetarian.
How do we find out about allergens?
We know the allergens in every dish – sesame in the hummus, for example, or gluten in the kibbeh. Ask us when you enquire and we’ll list them in the quote.
Can you invoice our company?
Include your company name, billing address and any purchase order number in your enquiry. We’ll set out how invoicing works in the quote.
How much do you charge to deliver to the fair?
The delivery fee depends on the distance to the exhibition grounds and is shown clearly in the quote.
