For the Double Beef Burger we deliberately leave out the cheese and caramelised onions. Two beef patties, lettuce, gherkins, burger sauce and brioche – so you really taste the meat and its charred crust. Simple as that – and seriously filling.

Why double?

Two thinner patties have more surface than one thick one. More surface means more crust from the grill – and the crust is where the flavour is. That’s why burger fans love doubles, and why we leave out anything that would distract from it.

Brioche instead of sesame

A brioche bun is a little richer and softer than a classic bun. It holds the juices of two patties without going soggy and adds a hint of butter.

What goes with it
