Darmstadt is in the north of our delivery area. From our kitchen in Mannheim it’s around 54 km – about 44 minutes without traffic, usually via the A67. That’s further than Heidelberg, but easy to plan: we cook on the day of the event, pack hot and cold separately and set up on site.
Between lecture hall, lab and banquet hall
Darmstadt calls itself the City of Science for good reason: the Technical University, a university of applied sciences, research institutes and plenty of technology-driven companies shape the city. Add to that congresses at the darmstadtium and festivals around the Mathildenhöhe.

Not at all. Darmstadt is around 54 km away – about 44 minutes without traffic. We pack hot dishes separately to keep them warm and, on request, bring chafing dishes to keep the buffet hot on site.
Do you cater conferences with lots of delegates?
Yes. For congresses and conferences we combine finger food for the breaks with a hot lunch buffet or lunch boxes. Send us the programme and we’ll plan our delivery times around it.
How far ahead should we order for Darmstadt?
Because of the longer journey, ideally a few days ahead – and a few weeks ahead for large events. We’re still happy to look at last-minute requests.
Can you invoice our institute or company?
Yes, with VAT shown separately and with a purchase order number, project or cost centre if you need one.
